A Private Limited company: Is a separate legal entity from the shareholders. It is distinct from its directors and shareholders and has limited liability.

Under the jurisdiction the following is required for private limited company:-
Number of directors: at least 1 (compulsory to have 1 local director in the board)
Number of shareholders: at least 1 and Must not exceed 50 shareholders.
Mandatory to appoint a qualified company secretary.
Mandatory to appoint an approved auditor.
For foreign directors, a copy of passport and to provide the foreign residential address
For local director, a copy of the national identity card
To provide proposed company name
: An entity with 1 proprietor Partnership: An entity with at least 2 partners. Both sole proprietorship and partnership have unlimited liability.
Under the Jurisdiction, for sole proprietorship, either the proprietor or the manager must be ordinarily resident in the country.
For partnership, at least one partner or the manager must be ordinarily resident in the country.
Mandatory to have a local business address:
Processing time -2 hours for name approval
1 to 2 days for registration
It is required that the directors of a company are to take all reasonable steps to secure that the company secretary appointed has to have the requisite knowledge and experience to discharge proper corporate secretarial functions.

It is required that every company/entity is to have a registered address/business address. No public residential unit is permitted to be used as a registered/business address unless approval is granted by the relevant government authority.
