As part of a value-based consulting project, DeJUZ Consulting helped retailer LotusKraft identify and realise significant working capital reduction by streamlining the company's inventory processes.
DeJUZ Consulting has completed a consulting project aimed at improving the inventory performance of LotusKraft.
The project started when DeJUZ Consulting team, already working with LotusKraft on a previous engagement, identified an opportunity to create significant savings for the client through the improvement of its inventory processes. As a result of growing investment needs, LotusKraft was facing increased cash requirements. DeJUZ Consulting was asked to carry out the improvements.
DeJUZ Consulting Retail professionals delivered the program, the team confirmed the stock reduction potential and identified the critical product categories on which they would concentrate their actions. The team focused on areas including promotion management, logistics, and ordering and supplier collaboration.
